can I use rock salt for my baby food instead of ordinary salt?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist7 years agoA. no, avoid using rock salt because it is not iodized. use iodized salt in your baby's food. iodine is necessary for the physical as well as mental development of the baby for intelligence.
