can I use rock salt for my baby food instead of ordinary salt?

A. no, avoid using rock salt because it is not iodized. use iodized salt in your baby's food. iodine is necessary for the physical as well as mental development of the baby for intelligence.

A. hello doctor we are using rock salt... we have not using any iodinesalt.. is rock salt good for baby or not..my baby is 1 year 1 month old..

A. Hello and good evening yes definitely we can go ahead and add rock salt to the baby's food there is no problem please make sure the quantity is not too much and apart from that the quality should be good
