can I use Philips hand blender mashing all the food items???

you can mashed potatoes and carrots and sweet potato and green peas banana apple chiku papaya pear plum etc with clean hands.
please give easily digestible food to your child like curd rice khichdi vegetable soup Upma daliya etc
please give daily sun light exposure
