ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician2 years agoA. yes sure Any temperature above 100 F is fever in babies Always measures temperature in armpits only. No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F. If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion Treat that accordingly as per ur pediatricians advice. Keep ur baby well hydrated. Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day. Visit ur pediatrician once.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Yes you can use it and you can repeat the medicine again after six hours because that is how paracetamol is supposed to be given if the temperature rises again then you can repeat it again after six hours to your child
