ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. you can . give adequate drinking water. skip bakery foods. include fruits, veggies in the diet. papaya, apple, soaked black raisins especially help in constipation. still no improvement, consult paediatrician

SantoMom of a 8 yr 7 m old girl7 years agoA. Give them lukewarm water every morning. Include a banana everyday. These two are best constipation relievers. Also you can soak raisins in water over night and can filter can water alone. This is also quite effective.
