can I use olive oil for cooking to my 21 months son to relieve constipation

A. you can . give adequate drinking water. skip bakery foods. include fruits, veggies in the diet. papaya, apple, soaked black raisins especially help in constipation. still no improvement, consult paediatrician

A. Hello and good evening you may give the baby Luke warm water with a teaspoon of honey paste and one teaspoon of manakka paste every day in the morning to solve the problem of constipation

A. Give them lukewarm water every morning. Include a banana everyday. These two are best constipation relievers. Also you can soak raisins in water over night and can filter can water alone. This is also quite effective.
