can i use nappy pads to my baby??

A. Do' of Diapering, remove the soiled nappy immediately to prevent rashes and infection. Clean the area with soft cotton wool and water without soap, dry the bottom thoroughly, apply a skin cream or if rash is there apply rash cream like ezinapi, if rash is there use fabric nappy for sometime till the rash heal, check baby should not remain in wet nappies,

A. yes nappy pads are better option for small babies than diapers.. they don't give rashes.. idea to use it at home.. change nappy pads every 2 hours.. I used to use Xtracare nappy pads.. use diapers only at night or whenever you are going out for long hours..
