Can i use mustard oil for baby massage, if not which oil is best for baby massage

anchal gadiaMom of a 1 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. Almond oil is good for babies and in winters you can use sesame oil. If you feel like baby is having cold then you can use warm mustard oil and put ajwain and garlic in it for better results

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 3 m old boy5 years agoA. Hi mom Yes u can use mustard oil to massage ur baby. Use any oil which is pure and additive free. U can also try coconut oil, almond oil also. Massaging helps in strengthening the bones and muscles of the baby.
