Can I use Meftal spas tablet for period cramps while breast feeding? If not which one is suggested ?

A. Yes it is safe but please consult your doctor first before eating it as what you eat affects your baby equally. It is better not to take any medication when you are breastfeeding. You can try drinking fenugreek water. It helps.
