can I use meftal p for my baby otherwise pls suggest any one which is useful to my baby as he suffering from little bit fever only

A. Hello, your baby boy is 22 months old and he is having a mild fever then don’t use meftal p but paracetamol syrup 3.5 ml three times a day and plenty of water

A. it is not advisable to use meftal to the baby unless the fever is high degree normally you can you calpol 250 to the baby 3 ml 3 times a day
