can i use med tech steam inhaler for baby? is that product safe? only that inhaker product is available in firstcry

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Give indirect steam. Use a vaporizer or steamer in the room. Indirect steam is given in two ways like one you can use the steamer it vaporize close to the baby while sleeping and let the baby inhale the vapors or ejse you can sit with the baby in bathroom with hit water tap running and let the steam come to baby.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Yes, you can. Common cold is a viral infection of nose and throat. Nasal Congestion and runny nose are the main indicators of a cold. Keep feeding your baby well, give indirect steam or use humidifier, put saline nasal drops. You can prevent it by keeping your baby away from the person who is suck, wash your hands before handling the baby, clean baby's toys and pacifier often

meghali BorahMom of a 8 yr 11 m old boy7 years agoA. it is safe and also You can try giving steam to your baby. In case of small baby give indirect steam. Sit in a closed bathroom with the hot shower on. This way the passages will be clear and the baby won't get any discomfort. Dry roast ajwain and let it cool down in room temperature. and once it cools down, keep it near your baby by making a potli. Heat mustard oil with few garlic cloves and rub it on the chest, back and soles .This may help .
