can I use mamaearth products? am already using baby wash and it is good.. is it good to use mamaearth shampoo and detergent? my baby is 5 months old

It helps in keeping the skin nourished and also helps in body growth. Other than oil you can use Any product which suits your baby. Breastfeed more often and keep your baby and yourself hydrated.
