its perfectly normal for infants to lose hair upto 6 months of age. all hair in infants are in different growth phases. it will take variable time, sometimes even 2 yrs to grow head full of hair in babies.
so don't worry.

Don’t use unless advise by your doctor
Massage regularly with coconut oil or olive oil
Wash hairs often with chemicals free shampoo
Take a good care of your baby
Give feeding every two hours of intervals burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation try to keep head up position while feeding
