A. Till 6 months, breastmilk must be given exclusively. It has many nutrients which are not found in every other FM. It is also very digestive so that the body absorbs all the nutrients from it. also baby's digestive system will remain healthy After 6 months give whatever food you want. Also, milk production in body is a feedback loop. More the baby cries or sucks , more is the milk produced. You have to be strong hearted and keep on trying to feed your baby. Also press the breast or use breast pump of you feel your milk is not sufficient
