Dear Mamma, please continue to breastfeed exclusively for six months and continue to breastfeed as long as baby and you are comfortable. If you are starting work outside home then please consider pumping and providing for your baby in a Sippy cup or open cup. in the current situation exclusively Breastfeeding is the best and if you use imported formula nobody knows when things might change and you may not be able to get it.
