can I use eno for digestion and when I have like acidity does eno affects my kid or breast feeding

ExpertDilshad AnsariNutritionist5 years agoA. hi.. yes u can take, it will not effect the breast milk.. try to avoid gassy foods, oily and spicy foods whilst breast feeding the baby, u can also take jeera water

Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy5 years agoA. Dear Mom Eno can be used but it is not recommended . Use natural remedies like lemon water with hing, ginger juice , raw milk , ajwain water . Avoid bakery foods, fried foods & oily foods.
