can i use dettol water to clean or sponge baby.if not then what can be used to clean babys vaginal area.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 7 years agoA. Dettol should only be used to wash baby's clothes. It should not be used in any case over baby's skin. Not even in water. You can clean your baby's vaginal area, same like full body. You can use Himalaya gentle baby bath or johnson bath liquids for bath and wash both. Do not clean vaginal area again and again. It would harm.
