can I use Dettol soap for 5 year kid? or will it dry my baby's skin??

Normally in this age we suggested to use kids products only or something which is soft and gentle on the skin of the child so if you want to use the soap use it on the skin and see this patch test if you see skin is good after using this then you can continue with it but if you see dryer and immediately stop using it
