Nitika Dhingra Rawal Dhingra RawalMom of a 9 yr 11 m old boy8 years agoA. Hello dear Yes you can but with caution.. as babies are delicate..I never cleaned my baby's nose or ears..But just from outside if its there so i used to take out..otherwise not..But don't insert it too inn..
