A. clop -g is for adult ... and Very strong medicines. . so please refrain from using it .... for Atopic dermatitis or eczema.... It is a type of skin problems in which the baby is having red, itchy, scally rashes... It can appears anywhere in the body.. But generally appeared in the arms and behind the knees and cheeks.,.. Usually people having family history or leaving in dry places are more prones to this.. Scratching makes the situation worsen so try to make him not to scratch the affected area... So try to avoid the use of soap etc.. Give bath to the baby daily.. You can use warm water bath... But keep it short bath... Moisturize his skin very often... Keep applying moisturizer in every 4-5 hours... Use a very heavy moisturiser... Or better to consult the pediatrician regarding the same as he can give you some meditated cream and soap... You can use coconut oil to keep the skin moisturized until and unless it should not be the trigger. ... You can go for oatmeal baths, it soothes the itchy skin..., Also try to avoid the skin irritants like woolen wears, perfumes, heavy detergent, tight fitting clothes, etc... Keep the skin hydrated.. Use heavy moisturiser and give him a lot of healthy fluids... Breastfeed him more often... Use humidifier in the room.. Avoid sweating.. If sweating then immediately wipe off the sweats... The pediatrucian may also prescribed some medicines tu apply in the affected area... Also vitamin D drops... Sometime even antibiotics... Eat balanced diet.. Take proper sleep.. Keep a check on the food or other things and keep observing which things can increase the itching and try to avoid that.. try to find out the triggers and try to avoid it. ....different person have different triggers... It can come and go as per the triggers.. It may fade away with time. ... But most people tend to have lifelong problems with skin irritations and related problems...
