ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Yes you can. Take out fresh gel from an aloe vera leaf and to it, add oil from the vitamin A and E capsules. Mix well. Massage this on the skin until it is fully absorbed. Do not rinse. You can also apply only aloe vera gel. Leave it on for 15 minutes, and wash with lukewarm water. Cut open the Vitamin E capsule and mix in bio oil. Apply this oil on your stretch marks and massage for a few minutes. Leave it on. You can take a vitamin E oil capsule orally

smitha nMom of 2 children5 years agoA. for stretch marks cream I suggest you moms co product with natural essential oils and vitamins and ingredients in it with shea butter in it which is safe to use for skin care

A. Hi Sanah, You can try using nipple shield if you think that it is the latching problem or you can try different feeding positions so that your baby may get comfortable while feeding. Choose quiet environment to feed your baby to avoid distractions. Also check for any health issue with your baby. These are the possible reasons for difficulty in taking feed. So find the reason and then go on with solution.

A. Hi, Yes you can use Bio oil for stretch marks. Make sure you use it twice daily; once in the morning and then at night before sleep. Massage it gently over your skin so that it is absorbed properly.
