can I take splenda( artificial sugar) in tea...my baby is 10 months old....

Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children5 years agoA. there are no diet restrictions for a breastfeeding mommy. just make sure you eat everything in moderation. if there is any obvious discomfort for your baby you can stop.

Nihita mittalMom of a 8 yr 4 m old boy5 years agoA. good evening you can actually have any form of sugar that you want there is absolutely no problem I would recommend that however you should try to restrict the quantity avoid having it too much if you are having it two to three times in the day there is no problem
