Q.

can I take pilex tablets when breastfeeding. may month delivery. Baby is doing well. I have several pain & blood when passing stool.

A. Yes you can take the medicine and along with that make sure you are not suffering from constipation so drink lots of water abd eat fibre rich food. take hot sitz bath.
