please avoid self medication as it can be harmful.
some medicine can affect your breastmilk supply and so your child, please visit your gynecologist before taking any type of medicine.
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
go for daily walk.
sit in vrajrasan after meal.
maintain good hygiene.
