Q.

Can I take my 15 month old baby for early morning walk say around 5:30-6:00...?? I am planning to go so early because I want to avoid people or crowded places (considering COVID situation) which usually start coming out after 6 - 6:30 am.

A. yes the sleep pattern will change but do not worry doesn't matter if it is morning. the change will be that the child will sleep after coming from outside

A. will this affect his sleep pattern in any way..??? as currently he is getting up between 9:30-10:30 am
