Also have a healthy diet include dry fruits ghee milk greens cumin carrots black currants papaya in your daily diet.
Drink lots of water and also drink a glass of water before feeding the baby.
Being hydrated is the key to good breast milk supply
Avoid stress as stress can reduce breast milk supply
