can i take lactare capsules for increasing milk production

ExpertDr Prerna PatelObstetrician and Gynaecologist6 years agoA. you can take capsule at least 4 tablets in a day . you have to hydrate yourself well.but stop the tablet once the milk production increase or have shatavari powder 2 tps daily
