Can I take iron, folic and calcium tablets within 6months of postpartum incase if I have skipped in the initial days due to constipation?

Iron calcium and multivitamin you are supposed to take folic is of no use folic acid is only supposed to be taken the initial time of your pregnancy postpartum there is no need to go for folic acid if you want to take it you may as well check with your doctor in the first place
