A. # Ask the Expert# I had taken Tab Zerodol Sp for my extreme thumb pain (mothers wrist)only once .My baby is 9 month old. Are there any side effects to baby hy lactation. Am worried. pls suggest

Hi mom Yes you can take after consulting with your doctor Do not self medicate Take turmeric milk twice daily Take ginger juice and honey mixture Do salt water gargle Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
