A. yes better to take green tea if you want to go for weight loss and also you should avoid high glycemic foods increase the fibre intake like a more sunlight swords sprouts in your diet

A. Hi dear Avoid. Breastfeeding mothers should avoid coffee. U can have jeera water daily to loose weight or u can have warm water with lemon and honey in the morning empty stomach to burn fat.
