Can i take antibiotic medicines as i give feed to my baby ???? Medicines like combiflam disprin etc

A. Hi mom U can take paracetamol or dolo 650 medicine. These are safe to take during breastfeeding. It will not effect ur baby. For other medicines u need to consult with your doctor, and take as prescribed. Take care
