can i take alex cough syrup having cough and cold ?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Yes, you can take. Otherwise honey with ginger can be taken twice a day, steam inhalation. Drink warm soups, turmeric milk. You should keep feeding the baby even if you are ill either suffering from fever, cough, diarrhea, or any other common illness. Nothing to worry. Just maintain good hygiene like washing of hands before handling the baby and cover your mouth if you have cold or cough. Otherwise keep feeding the baby without any doubt.

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. take plenty of rest, plenty of warm fluids.. avoid cold weather. avoid unprescribed medicines if you are breastfeeding and if cold is manageable. try warm water, milk and turmeric, licorice. consult doctor if persists handwashing ,personal hygiene utmost important.
