can i strt to.feed solid food , like rice powder cookd in milk

A. good morning yes definitely you can now start giving semi solid food to the baby in the beginning instead of giving powdered rice I would recommend you to give things like rice water Dal ka Pani tender coconut water

Helo my girl baby is reaching 7 month in 1 week... i started semi solid foods like veg, fruits puree , ragi like that... i given her rice dal poridge but she always spitting it... i tried in diffrnt taste but she spiting it always... she doesnt showing interst in rice dal porridge items so i given her a teaspoon cooked rice with carrot potato jeerapowdr in mashed semisolid state she ate it .... my doubt is she hesitate porridge but she likes cookd rice.. shall i feed her cookd rice now... and also 1 more doubt my doc advice to give her peanut and almond butter homemade for her weight increase... shall i follow it... please suggst me some more solid food items
