A. Cow's milk can only be given when the baby turns one year old. A one year old baby should be given whole cow's milk and milk products for rapid growth and development of the body. However, cow's milk has less iron content when compared to breast milk and iron fortified formula milk. Your baby at this age needs breast milk or formula milk more than cow's milk as cow's milk can cause digestion related problems and can also cause iron deficiency anaemia.
