Yes definetly you can introduce weaning foods for the baby.
Would highly recommend that you prefer to start with liquid consistency foods, were in you could probably go with dal, rice water, vegetable soups , fresh fruit juice etc ,
Once baby is quite comfortable with it you could porgress to semi solid and mashed foods
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl9 months agoA. The correct is to introduce food to the child is only after completing the time of six months so you should actually wait for your child to be in the correct age as prior that it is not advisable to give food to the child as it is not considered healthy
