can I start my baby to feed semi solid at this age? if yes suggest me how many times and the diet.. thank you

No not now.
Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. once ur baby completes six months then u can introduce cerelac,daal ka pani,ripe banana apple puree pumpkin puree etc as the first food.
