Can I skip 6th month and 7month Flu shot (influenza) for my son as this is not a flu season?

A. Influenza vaccine or the flu vaccine is basically a vaccine which protects against different strains of flu viruses including swine Flu virus which causes symptoms specially in children because of less immunity. Though it is not a mandatory vaccine but it should be given to every child to protect agadsinst different flu infection which is very common every year . this vaccine is given after 6 months of age and initially two doses are given done month apart then every year single dose is required . It is not documented but still studies suggest that to some extent it may give partial protection against covid infection .

A. Yes if you want you can because it is an optional vaccination it is not a mandatory vaccination if you want to skip this vaccination and it is completely and personally or choice like I said it is an option vaccination so you can skip it if you want toWrite Your Answer Here
