can I shave my one year old baby's head with razor? As due to lockdown can't call Barbour and she will be turning 1 year after two days.. and after she turns one we cannot perform mundan for another 2 years. can I cut her hair first using scissor when she is sleeping and then remove the hair using razor while giving her bath . my daughter is very naughty and will not let us hold her head any how... please suggest..
