Can i put coconut oil in my nose for dry nose? I’m 19 weeks pregnant

Hello ma’am I hope you realise when you put anything into your nose whether it is an oil or ghee and when you just take it in then it normally goes up to your brain and causes severe pain so I would not advise you to go through this pain during pregnancy. If you have dry nose you can ask your doctor for some drops but definitely no oil during pregnancy as it could be unsafe and unhealthy for you.
