can i prefer cow milk for my baby or formula milk

You should not start giving outside me to your baby till your baby turns one year old till the time if you want then you can go for formula milk it is the best alternative of mother’s milk but there is no need to start giving cows milk to your baby till your baby turns one year old. And baby should also take at least four meals in a day
