can I mix mashed apple with cerelac & give to 7 month old baby

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist7 years agoA. commercially available ready to eat food like cerelac are not recommended as they contain added sugar, flavor. it is better to give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. for convenience and quick cooking you can give homemade cereal pulse premix or homemade cerelac. avoid mixing fruits with other food. let baby develop and appreciate the original taste of food.

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children7 years agoA. yes definitely As your baby has completed 6 months you can start with Semi solid diet which is very light and easy to digest you can start with moong ki daal ka pani dal rice Suji ki Kheer custard porridge mashed potatoes mashed fruits
