can i mix feed my 2 months old throughout a day, i.e., breastfeeding as well as formula milk

Your prime focus should always be on breastfeeding as that is most important if your child is not having proper breastfeeding from you or it is low in quantity then in that case it would be good for you to start giving formula milk and combination feeding is not a problem
