ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist7 years agoA. initially when you are introducing fruits it is better to give it separately as the fruit itself so that baby appreciate the flavour and develops a taste for the individual fruit without mixing it with any other food

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 7 m old girl7 years agoA. Yes dear.. See if your baby likes.. Is go for homemade cerzlc.. Rice one cup Moong dal half cup Dry roast rice for a while until it turns brown in color, next dry roast moong dal for few mins. Add 2-3 jeera and dry roast for few seconds Add 2-3 pepper corns and dry roast for few seconds. Add all these to a blender and make a fine powder and sieve and store in a container. This is the receipt for powder. Slowly after few weeks you can start adding every pulse a new week. After eight months you can dry roast nuts and add to this powder.
