ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist6 years agoA. yes you canGive khichdi, daliya, upma, curd rice all in mashed form. add veggies, give fruit purees. better to give more fruits, veggies ,instead of sweets as children don't have much likes and dislikes at this age. so they accept variety of flavors.

Bette rto avoid cerleac is easy to make at hieo and it's fresh, You will need Rice one cup, Moong dal half cup, Dry roast rice for a while until it turns brown in color, next dry roast moong dal for few mins. Add 2-3 jeera and dry roast for few seconds Add 2-3 pepper corns and dry roast for few seconds. Add all these to a blender and make a fine powder and sieve and store in a container. This is the receipt for powder. Slowly after few weeks you can start adding every pulse a new week. After eight months you can dry roast nuts and add to this powder. It's quite healthy and safer than market ones.
