Can I make my 2 month old baby sit on my lap for few minutes by supporting his back with a hand?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. no it is not advisable. 4Breast milk is very necessary for the growing baby specially for the first 6 month of life and should be exclusively. If due to any reason not possible then only top milk should be given to the baby .

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear mom..it's too early to make baby sit like this..first let him be able to hold his neck..then you can make him sit..not as of now.. give more if tummy time to baby...this will help baby to hold neck early. happy parenting
