can i know what are the foods that can be provided to 3 year old

A. Dear parent, for 3 years old child, you should give all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Eggs and non veg foods. Cereals, grains and pulses. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, peanuts, dates, raisins. Milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to baby’s food.
