Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. you can give all types of food made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily to the child in different forms recipes and flavours and you have to just follow to rules that is the food should not be allergic to the child and the second is it should not cause any type of swallow problem for the child

Hello ma’am Don’t give fresh juice or any kind of juice to the child it’s not healthy it’s really high content and sugar which is not healthy at any age in general also. If you won’t give proper food fruits to your child that would be better apart from that after the age of 9 to 10 months you can introduce egg chicken and fish if you eat nonveg and also proper Roti sabji to the child
