Yes you can give it to the child there is no problem you can go ahead with any kind of money that you feel is ideally good for the child you can go for the packet one you can also go ahead with the other one that you can get from a person like a dairy vendor or you can also go ahead with the one that you prepared at home what ever you are choice is it completely safe
