ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician5 years agoA. No.. I would not suggest you to give honey n any pacifier. Early pacifier use might interfere with breast-feeding. pacifiers are believed to create “nipple confusion” — that is, they’re believed to interfere with breastfeeding. Your baby might become dependent on the pacifier.
