Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 10 m old boy5 years agoA. hey mommy yes you can. just have it in limitations. just one to two small ones are fine. hey mommy these can help increase supply 1. drink a lot if water minimum of 1glass before every single feed. 2. have garlic chutney as much as possible 3 include jeera in your daily diet. 4. have galact granules after talking to your gynwac it's Ayurvedic available at all medical stores. 5. feed more often. the more you feed more is the production. hope this helps.
