Q.

Can I have curd and milk if I am breastfeeding my baby who is one month old? I feed her my milk only once a day due to low milk production.

A. you can have curd and milk during the lactation period. avoid gases producing food, spicy fried food, tea, coffee, non veg food, during the lactation period. all the very best
