Can I have calcium tablets and folic or zinc tablets at same time?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 11 m old boy5 years agoA. yes you can take both the tablets at single time but it would be better to take it at the gap of minimum 1 hour because if you are taking both medicines it will decrease the absorption of one medicine
